BSC Bulletin 323 - - BMRS calculations on hold due to issue loading BOALF data

What is happening?

BMRS Settlement Calculations have been put on hold from Settlement Period 15 today, 14 January, to prevent publication of incorrect data.

ELEXON is investigating an issue where Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS) cannot load and publish Bid Offer Acceptance Level Flag (BOALF) data.

How will I be impacted?

The BOALF data is used in the BMRS Settlement Calculations and due to this issue, the BOALF data cannot be included in the Settlement Calculations. We have therefore suspended the BMRS Settlement Calculations. This has created a backlog of Maximum Import Limit (MIL) / Maximum Export Limit (MEL) data; therefore BOALF and MIL/MEL data are not currently published on the BMRS website, Data Push Service and TIBCO since Settlement Period 15 today.

All other data on the BMRS is being published as expected.

Do I need to take any further action?
