What has happened?

Further to BSC Bulletin 318, the incident on the Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS), which was preventing data from being loaded and published is now resolved. The incident impacted Bid Offer Acceptance Level Flag (BOALF) and the BMRS Settlement calculations was put on hold from Settlement Period 1 today, 4 January 2020, to prevent publication of incorrect data.

Do I need to take any further action?

The BMRS is now loading and publishing data as usual with the exception of MIL/MEL data type; which are still being loaded at this time. All the delayed data necessary for Settlement Calculations has been recovered and published on the BMRS Website, APIs, Data Push Service and TIBCO. Settlement Calculations for the affected Settlement Periods (1 to 25) have now been completed.
