BSC Bulletin 304: Subscribes of TIBCO service experiencing issues receiving data.
What is happening?
We are aware of some subscribers of the TIBCO service are experiencing issues receiving data via their High Grade service.
How will I be impacted?
Following a restart of TIBCO servers between 17:00 hrs (GMT) and 17:30 hrs (GMT) today (Wednesday 13th March) we are aware that some participants are still unable to receive data via the TIBCO service.
Our support teams continue to investigate this issue as a priority.
