This is notification that SCOTTISHPOWER (DCL) LIMITED (formerly Damhead Creek Limited) will withdraw from the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) on 20 September 2018 in accordance with section A5.1 of the Code.

SCOTTISHPOWER (DCL) LIMITED (formerly Damhead Creek Limited) (Party Id: DAMHEAD) (02675504) was previously registered as a Generator. Its withdrawal should not affect any other Parties.

SCOTTISHPOWER (DCL) LIMITED (formerly Damhead Creek Limited) (Party Id: DAMHEAD) has not traded within the last 14 months and has satisfied the criteria as set out in Section A5.1.3 of the BSC to enable it to withdraw.
