National Grid are aware of an issue with ETR, EDT and REMIT submissions. It appears that it is affecting a particular submission point as only some participants are affected. Current investigation has identified that the issue is due to a network infrastructure fault which may take up to 3 hours to resolve.
If any participants are affected by this issue, they can use the back up option on their connections for ETR, EDT and REMIT submissions. If participants are still affected by the issue following the back up option, please contact the National Grid IS helpdesk: 0800 9177111 quoting the following reference numbers: INC1676968; this will link in with the current investigation.
If participants have been unable to submit PN and Bid–Offer Data for the current day please contact the National Grid Control Room to notify them of the change in market data and also get their Category O Authorised Signatory to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, who will be able to change the data post event via BSCP18. EDL has not been affected so dynamic data can still be submitted as usual.
