Resolved: Fault with National Grid MODIS system 

What is happening?
National Grid has informed us that the issue of yesterday (3 May 2018) which prevented some Market Participants from submitting automated ETR files to MODIS has been resolved. 
 
National Grid is still actively monitoring the situation to ensure that the issue does not recur.

How will I be impacted?
Users should now be able to submit data via SFTP to MODIS and login normally via the web application. 

What do I need to do?
Parties are not required to take any further action but note the resolution of this issue with ETR file submissions to MODIS.
