Question:
Why do some charts on the High Grade BMRA site say "Waiting for data"?
Answer:
Some charts on the High Grade BMRA Website (available to participants with High Grade dedicated network connections) receive their data not directly from the web server, instead sourcing their data locally from a real-time Tibco BMRA data feed into your site.

If you are having this problem, the most likely causes are:

  • Tibco RVRD not being installed on your local network
  • RVRD is not configured correctly (ensure RVRD is set to export _SNAP.> messages)
  • Port 7590 is not open on your firewall
