The items within the files are now licenced under the BSC Open Data Licence and the BSC Public Data Licence for P114 Data Items and accessible for all Elexon Portal accounts.

The BSC Public Data Licence for P114 Data Items pertains to specific data items within the files and restricts the commercial use of the raw data items Elexon provides. You are permitted to use the data items licenced under the Public Data Licence for operation within the GB Electricity Industry. This includes selling of analyses derived from the data items and providing a service to a party to assist them in operating in the GB Electricity Industry. The data items restricted by this licence are marked as ‘Public’ in the Classification column of this Look Up table.
